While reviewing digital recordings from an investigation, I discovered a potential bad habit of mine that could interfere with evidence. I hum.
Fortunately, I can carry a tune to some degree, though I’d never give up my day job for it. Simon would send me packing… It is quite laughable to be listening for disembodied voices and hear the bodied rendition of Norwegian Wood (which I seem to have hummed every day since it was released by the Beatles way back)… or better yet, Do You Know The Way To San Jose.
There is no excuse for my musical preferences… especially on a paranormal investigation. That activity lends itself to abnormal investigation. In the future, I will attempt to restrain myself.
It’s a good thing I’m over myself, otherwise I’d be completely embarrassed by the entire thing.
No humming allowed – good advice for all you ghost hunters out there.
