Finally settin’ about creating a blog for the day… Did a Yoga class this morning, so I’m good and Zen. No out of body experiences this time. No spirit guides hollering, “HEY!” in my ear… Yes, I’ve had some interesting experiences on the mat. Today’s experience centered around my inflexibility from having been OFF the mat for quite some time. Nothing like vitrified muscles for breakfast…
Sticking to topic, as if there is one, my brother Peter gets credit for this second wedgie comic on Ouija Nite. Why the world gets so excited about someone’s underwear getting rerouted over their head is beyond me… however, I’m in the snicker box with ‘em! Again, Kudos to Pete’s humor prowess again! Well deserved!
Trollin the Discount Rack…
I’ve been meaning to make mention of some interesting finds on the Barnes & Nobel discount rack. My usual troll dredged up a winner with “How to Insult, Abuse & Insinuate in Classical Latin” $5.98 – a must have for all those ancient afficionados. You can rest assured that Vlad will have some interesting new Latin incantations at his next demonological eviction. This saves me sorting out translations, which I’m so far off from remembering what is correct, that I’ll probably screw it up on my own.
The next one I bought quite a piece ago, but there is still an abundance available. For a whopping $6.98 you can have, “The Secret Lives of Elves & Fairies” by The Rev. Robert Kirk. This is from his journals back a couple centuries ago, yes he in no longer with us… but the question is WHERE IS HE? According to this book he is now living in the realm of Fairie. If you read this with an open mind, you might just believe…
In the meantime, go trolling through the discount racks. You might just snag a good read!
