This is a term that defines the feelings one gets when surrounded by a high electromagnetic field. It is often the skeptic’s definition for the cause of a haunting. (Their justification runs amok when there are no fields present at a location… HA!)

To my knowledge, I have never experienced this. Rarely have I felt watched or creeped out in a location that hasn’t had activity. I do know that I’m highly sensitive to energy fields and the emotional energy of others. For that reason, I hate going to malls (where I’m headed today out of necessity for vacuum bags – wheeeee!). I have the ability to tell if an electric fence (for horses) is on without touching it (quite useful in pain avoidance!). I also do not like the energy that comes out of some electronic devices. I will never keep a cell phone on in my pocket for any length of time. It just give me the ‘itchies’.

So, it would seem likely for me to experience a “fear cage” phenomena quite handily. While I’m not itching to try it, I’m sure I’ll run across it eventually. I’ll probably wind up with a migraine and head for the nearest Starbucks for refueling (caffeine is a painkiller).

Anyone out there feel caged in fear periodically? It’s a mystery to me.
