Some places that have a plethora of spirit activity are often said to be a portal to other realms, or the other side. How anyone will be able to prove this, scientifically, I have NO IDEA… It’s one of those things that people have given a description to that isn’t fully understood.
Psychics will often sense an open gateway where the veil is apparently thin and spirits can pass into the physcial realm. One of the investigators on my team, who happens to be a medium, lives in a home with a portal that becomes extremely active sometimes. She gets many different entities traveling through there. Perhaps she’s there as sort of a traffic cop at the light? …snicker.
I have yet to see proof of these portals, but I do not doubt such things exist.
Today’s comic is a bit of a guess on how a portal might be perceived on the astral plane. In this case, a chance to slip down from heaven and make the lives of the living a little hellish just for the fun of it. Pehaps when I cross over, I’ll come back for an occasional hoot-nanny.

I think there “may” be portals to the other side. The place my team is investigating right now has so many different entities, that it leaves me bumfuzzled as to why??? so many in one place? “Ghost Hotel”, portal or just “Hot Spot”, when they are there…they’re there! LOL
Some places just seem to attract spirits. The Shanley Hotel seemed to be one of those spots. There’s a lot of water there, so I suspect that helps it along.
