I’m going to publish here, the post I wrote for Big Orb’s paranormal site. On one of the threads we wound up discussing past lives. While I don’t talk about these all that much, they are interesting. Whether you believe in Past Lives or not, these vivid dreams and images I’m about to relay are curious.

This discussion came out of a mention of past lives and astral travel. I’ve had some experience wandering astrally, particularly in Yoga Nidra (yoga meditation). I actually wandered through the wall, through the guru’s picture and into the hardware store adjacent to the studio. I had never been in there, but when I went for a look, it was EXACTLY what I saw. Go figure?!

I had discussed another vision of a man that I knew was me… Here’s the rest of that:

Past lives… I’ve had encounters like my yoga experience that have led me to believe they are from past lives.

The Yoga experience I saw myself as a small Japanese man standing in the “horseback riding” stance that you adopt when beginning Tai Chi. I was also standing in the same stance when I saw this vision. I was wearing a black martial arts type outfit.

My first past life dream: I was on a dirt road, in another country. I was talking to a couple of men in fur outfits, rough characters. I turned to run and I felt a pain in my ribs between right shoulder blade and spine. (At that time of my life I was having pain there for some reason.) I fell to the dirt and found myself looking down on my body which was face down. I had long blond curly hair, I was again a man, and I was wearing a brilliant blue 17th century Pantaloon style outfit. Apparently, I was toast.

The second one: I was with my father (he was not my father in this time). We were in Civil war type outfits. (A man again.) I was upset how the bodies were being stored. My father said to me that it couldn’t be helped and we just had to make do.

The third one: (Which I think I had before the others) I fell from a cliff top and landed on my back looking up. I was still alive, but I think I died shortly after. I think I had done this on purpose.

The fourth one: I was a woman in one of those big blooming dresses of the past… not sure if it was 16th or 17th century, very fancy, possibly royalty. I was imprisoned in a tower. I knew I was doomed. I was writing a letter to someone.

The fifth one, the worst by far: I was thrown into a black pit. I could see my thin, pale child-like arm against the blackness of the mud. I wasn’t dead, but I would soon be… and I was glad of that.

Okay. How’s them apples? I’m curious to know what everyone thinks.

I’m just happy my life is not as exciting this time around. phew. Funny how I’ve become a humorist this time?!

You can call me insane, but I prefer the word eccentric.
