Britt Griffith in Semi-Unauthorized Guest Draw…

Britt Griffith of Ghost Hunters, SyFy gave his blessing to be Guest Drawn in a comic. Personally, I like them to see the cartoon before it runs. However, Britt is more impossible to reach than Josh Gates. Fame for some reason just imprisons people in little cocoons away from regular communication. I wonder if his mother can find him? LOL

With that, I’m just going to run it anyway on Sunday.

BTW, Josh has thanked me personally via e-mail and has given his blessing for a legit Guest Draw… which I hope to tie in with the season opener of Destination Truth. Responding has it’s perks!

Britt’s a good guy. It’s just that he’s really busy as all of these folks are. Once TV gets associated with your name, your down time is toast. So, be patient with your favorite stars!

Ouija Jokes…

Entities-R-Us Ouija Nite makes light of what a spirit can do to the average Ouija-er. At the very least, Arno paranormally loses his keys and walks home.

On the serious side, those who fool around with a Ouija board, spirit board, etc. might not be so lucky. There are a lot of unsavory characters floating around the astral plane. Some of which get a rise out of creating havoc in the lives of the living.

Just because someone has crossed into the astral plane doesn’t mean they suddenly become enlightened; that’s for those who go further, to God if you will. These nasties see that the Ouija-ers are in awe of talking to them and seize the opportunity to influence them in unfortunate ways. The people participating often give the entity a lot of power and credibility, hanging on every word believing they are hearing truth. It is like being under the influence of a cult leader.

At the very least you get Carl and Thor hiding your keys, or making you play “rock, paper, scissors” under the assumption the loser will croak.

Yeah, yeah… I know I bring this up a lot, but it’s a good reminder! Meanwhile, you can enjoy the consequences from a remote vantage point in this comic strip.

Personal Guest Draw about a personal matter…

Today’s comic is a poignant one for me. Yes, this is me in comic form. I actually look much more interesting as a drawing. HA!

Truth is that I did lose a client at the beginning of the year. I hadn’t heard from him and we were supposed to begin a design project. I made a phone call to see what was up and got his wife. She informed me that he passed away over the New Year… Condolences were said along with a bit of encouragement.

I hung up and began to form a cartoon as a tribute. It’s appropriate to send someone off with a bit of humor. So, this is for you Lou! Enjoy it from your new vantage point. Feel free to contact me if you need any design work on the other side. I’ve got my EVP recorder ready just in case.

FELINE GHOST ADVENTURES!

You have to check this out… It’s HILARIOUS! Anyone who watches Ghost Adventures will get a huge kick out of this. I just goes to show that Zak Bagans was a cat in a former life. Aaron Goodwin is well portrayed by the teddy bear… potential Oscar performance. The only thing missing is a plethora of electrical tape x-ing out all the paranormal hot spots, like the toilet.
